BOOKING PROCEDURE

MODE OF MAKING RESERVATION:

You are requested to kindly place the hotel / car or tour bookings through Fax (0091 - 22 - 26736100) or Email( travnet@vsnl.net ) only.

Verbal bookings shall not be entertained and will not be considered official.

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. All the payments have to be sent to us as per given payment time-limits. We shall not be responsible if the booking is released by the service provider if we don't receive your payments as per the given time-limits.
2. The payment can be made either by bank transfer or cash or DD or by cheque (cheque payments accepted only 07 Days prior to check in date) payable in favour of "TRAVNET"
3. In case if the payments are made through bank transfer the copy of the deposit slip / remittance slip should be faxed to us on 022 - 26736100.
   The payments shall not be considered received unless we receive the fax copy of the deposit slip.

SERVICE TAX:

Currently Service Tax of 1.03% is applicable on all hotel bookings and Service Tax of 2.575% is applicable on all package tours
( which either include meals, guides and transportation). The service tax is subject to change as per government policies.

GENERAL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMINGS:

1. For Himachal Pradesh / Goa / Kashmir: 1200 Hrs
2. For Uttarachal / Rajasthan / Kerala: 1000 Hrs
3. If arrival time is not mentioned, the reservations will be released at 1800 Hrs.
4. Late check outs requests will be honoured subject to availability & on hotels discretion only.
